Deadline to Register to Vote: 11:59 PM, Tuesday, May 27
Same-Day Registration
Voters are now able to register AND vote provisionally on the same day if the voter registration deadline has passed. Voters should ask to complete a Same-Day Registration and Provisional ballot when they check in at an Early Voting site or Polling Place.

Hours: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
Locations: Voters should go to their assigned polling place.
Register to Vote:
New voters who need to complete a voter registration application may register online or download a voter registration form to return by mail, e-mail, fax, or in-person to our main office.
Deadline to Register:
General - 22 Days before election
Primary - 22 Days before election
Special - 13 Days before election
Special (Called by the Governor) - 7 Days before election
Review Your Voter Registration:
Existing voters who want to check their registration status or update their registration record (for example, following a move within either Prince William County or the state of Virginia), may do so through the VA Elect Citizen Portal.
Find your Assigned Polling Place:
Use your address to look up your polling place,
use the Citizen portal or view the PWC Polling Place List
Bring the Correct ID:
Make sure you bring an acceptable ID to vote. A full list can be found here: Acceptable IDs List
